A $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking. In the event Emerald Blessings is unable to service the client, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours. Processing may vary based on banking institution.

Remaining balances can be paid in Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or Visa and Credit card (processing fee will be added).

All services are required to pay the California state tax of 7.25%. Services listed do not include tax and will be applied during check out. Services must be paid in full before leaving the premises of Transformation Wellness Club.

Hair must be a minimum of 4 inches all the way around. Hair in this range will have an additional charge as it requires more time and product.

Please arrive with hair freshly washed, blowdried & free of product. Having clean hair is essential for the health and integrity of hair as well as the final outcome.

If client is unable to wash/blowdry hair, it may added it on to the service. If blow drying is added on, please come with detangled hair.

Failure to come detangled will result in a fee for the unaccounted time to detangle.

Please come to your appointment with a positive attitude, transferring negative energy is real and can make our time together unpleasant and tense. Let's have a good time!

All clients are expected to arrive dressed in a respectful manner for a professional work space. Please refrain from wearing pajamas, soiled appearing garments or articles of clothing with vulgar media or words.

Please do not wear articles of clothing with hoods as it will get in the way while I work.

Deposits may be used towards a reschedule if notified 3 days prior to appointment.

Client may text Emerald at (951)334.8032, send an instagram message to Emeraldblessings or email Emeraldblessings@icloud.com for written notice of a reschedule or cancellation.

If a second reschedule is requested, the previous deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure the appointment.

If a client reschedules or cancel within 24 hours, the card on file will be charged 50% of appointment cost.

Appointments needed outside of business hours will be charged a minimum $75 + cost of style. Please message the provider to book a squeeze in appointment.

You are given a 15 minute grace period. If you are to arrive after the grace period, there will be a $25 late fee. If you are 30 minutes late, it is likely that you will need to reschedule.

If Emerald Blessing request to make a time adjustment to the appointment and the client agrees, the client is expected to show up on time & prepared to the new time slot with listed time keeping rules in mind.

We are located in a business park in Riverside. When you arrive park freely in the lot. There is a staircase located in the middle of the building and on the side.

Clients are allowed up to 2 extra guest to designated appointments. Children must be well-behaved and supervised at all times.

All services are non- refundable. In the event there is an error upon completion of the style, it is not guaranteed ,however, a credit can be potentially negotiated to apply to a future service under the discretion of Emerald Blessings.

Clients are expected to arrive to their appointment with proper hygiene.

Please refrain from coming in with strong odors such as marijuana, cigarettes, tobacco or other unappealing scents.

Failure to comply may result in appointment cancellation or an additional fee.

By booking with Emerald Blessings under Transformation Wellness Club LLC, the client understands and agrees that they are in a legal binding contract.
